Our students prepare for professions in community health and school health. Their preparation may take them into the community working for a non-profit organization, medical center, corporation or government.

Typical Starting Positions
The community health minor allows students in other disciplines to expand their employment opportunities into the health and wellness sector.
Study Abroad Opportunities
Students participate in both study abroad classes and internship opportunities.
Research Opportunities
Students are encouraged to participate in collaborative research projects. Past research topics have been Backpacks in Middle Schools, Tanning Booth Use by College Students, and Road Rage.
